Symptom

I plugged in Home Assistant Connect ZBT-1 but the Home Assistant Connect ZBT-1 integration does not show up on the integration page. It is not in the Discovered section.

Resolution

You can try the following steps:

1. Try a different USB cable.
2. Try a different USB port.
3. Refresh your browser page.
4. Restart Home Assistant to resolve missing USB discoveries.
5. Make sure the Home Assistant Connect ZBT-1 integration is not hidden. Select Show ignored integrations.
